Executive Assistant / Human Resources Administrator / Office Manager – Direct Hire, Buffalo, NY


Our client is a company destined for greatness!   The CEO is in need of a strong, well organized, Executive Assistant. This CEO is used to having to manage the details of running a business alone.   Now, the company has grown beyond that point, new employees are being added fast, investors are coming on board and the executive leadership team is requiring more.


This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company.   Primarily, you will be responsible for assisting the CEO.   However, the CFO and founders of the organization also require assistance from time to time.


Duties include, CEO schedule and engagement management; Board and Investor relations preparation to include document creation, spreadsheet and presentation creations; Travel scheduling; Financial billing assistance; Office Management; General Human Resources duties.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
  • MS Office Skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – Required
  • Three plus years in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager position – Required
  • Human Resources experience – Preferred
