IT Help Desk Manager – Direct Hire – Buffalo NY
A global manufacturer is looking to add a leader to their Help Desk team. This individual would lead a team of roughly 5 that supports multiple sites across the globe and over 1,500 end users. This position will wear many hats including, helping the team prioritize incoming tickets, mentor and coach other Help Desk members on the team, as well as serve as the last line of technical support. This position reports directly to the CIO, so the role has high visibility throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience troubleshooting a variety of things across IT as well as previous team lead experience. Any knowledge of SCCM will put your resume to the top of the pile.
