SALARY $115K+ DOE
- Collaborating with a team and internal stakeholders as the lead collaboration engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud efforts focused on Office 365 initiatives, with a focus on improving business functionality, user experience, and integration with video conferencing systems.
- Serving as the technical owner of services in the Microsoft 365 (M365) portfolio, leading design, security, implementation, and documentation, and continuously improving and managing their lifecycle.
- Demonstrating expertise in hybrid Microsoft Exchange and related mail hygiene services, taking charge of Office 365 security measures, Azure Active Directory Policies, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
- Overseeing access management, implementing necessary controls, and ensuring optimal protection strategies for the organization's Microsoft 365 digital landscape.
- Leading technical efforts to enable Azure Information Protection and other Identity Governance technologies.
- Managing Microsoft Intune for mobile devices and application management, including Apple Business Manager for iOS device deployment and management.
- Administering Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure Active Directory.
- Participating in an ongoing Office 365 migration project to move content from on-premises file shares to Microsoft OneDrive.
- Staying up-to-date on Office 365 changes, updates, roadmaps, releases, and third-party solutions.
- Documenting system configurations, designs, operational procedures, technical specifications, test plans, and test results.
- Understanding IT governance and project management methodologies such as ITIL and Agile.
Minimum qualifications for this role include:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of solid experience working with Office 365 and supporting technologies.
- Strong knowledge and experience in areas such as hybrid Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Office 365 tenant administration, and security and compliance.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.
- Strong initiative, professionalism, leadership, interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment.
- Strong organizational, self-motivational, customer service, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance.
- Additional expertise and skills that enhance the role's responsibilities.
