What We're Seeking:

The IT Developer is responsible for crafting, enhancing, and upholding programs that drive our clients mission-critical business systems and system integrations. This multifaceted role encompasses design, code development, documentation, system integrations, web integration, unit testing, and software debugging. Design work may require collaborating with vendors to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise applications to meet business requirements.
• Plan and design new processes and explore ways to optimize existing system resources.
• Maintain software quality by creating comprehensive unit test plans and conducting thorough code testing.
• Continuously enhance enterprise applications by integrating cutting-edge technologies and performing necessary upgrades.
• Facilitate seamless business process and data flow between D365 applications and other key systems like back office/ERP/Office 365/other Line of Business applications.
• Generate technical specifications and document code changes.
• Document development processes, procedures, and application version history.
• Ensure strict adherence to change management processes and comprehensive testing to meet business requirements.
• Handle Tier 2 support issues related to enterprise applications, contribute to Tier 1 support knowledge base expansion, and assist in training.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO, IT teams, and internal/external developers to architect technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Manage and assist in the execution of larger projects.

SALARY $115k DOE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Familiarity with .Net coding standards, Visual Studio, C#, DHTML, XML, and SQL.
• Proficiency in all software development lifecycle phases, from design and implementation to Unit and Integration testing.
• Preferred experience with full life cycle development of MS Dynamics solutions.
• Proficiency in implementing features and functions within MS D365 and MS BC.
• Ability to create or modify tables, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience in creating data-enabled forms and deploying solutions to Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proficiency in relational databases, especially SQL Server, and strong SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in designing, building, and implementing PowerBi solutions.
• A minimum of five years of experience in ETL (Extract Transfer and Load) development, including tools like Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Visual Studio, and MS SQL Server Management Studio.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills when developing technical solutions.
