Direct Hire – Director of Manufacturing ERP

 

As the Director of Manufacturing ERP, you'll lead groundbreaking initiatives to revolutionize this companies operational efficiency, enhance system capabilities, and propel strategic growth. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee all aspects of ERP software administration, spearheading projects related to deployment, updates, process enhancement, troubleshooting, data access, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing visionary leadership to our ERP/Business Intelligence team, fostering a culture of excellence through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Serving as the ultimate authority on our company's ERP system, possessing a deep understanding of its module interactions.
  • Setting strategic direction and vision for ERP initiatives, ensuring that technology investments align seamlessly with our business objectives and drive innovation across our operations.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing ERP strategies to streamline our business processes, boost productivity, and drive cost savings.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, evaluating cutting-edge technology solutions, and leading the implementation of systems and tools.
  • Managing end-to-end projects related to implementations, automation initiatives, and system enhancements, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and others, to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute projects flawlessly.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, driving alignment with our business objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Leading change management efforts to promote the adoption of systems and automation tools, providing user training and ongoing support to maximize benefits realization.
  • Offering technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to promote effective system utilization.
  • Implementing and maintaining security best practices within systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Establishing repeatable, documented processes, and ensuring their adherence and maintenance.
  • Supporting reporting, dashboard creation, analytics, process improvement, and continuous improvement efforts at all levels of management.
  • Demonstrating autonomy in troubleshooting issues and contributing innovative ideas and solutions while adhering to management direction and policies.
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in management information systems, computer science, or database administration; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, working extensively with ERP systems; familiarity with Corporate Accounting is a bonus.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • Expertise in ERP best practices solutions and technical strategies to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Salary:

$120-155k DOE
