Help Desk Analyst (2nd Shift)
Our top client, who is a leader in their respective industry, is looking to add an additional Help Desk resource to their staff on a direct hire basis. This individual will be responsible for supporting their overseas customers with any of their level 1 technical issues. The Help Desk resource is also responsible for helping setup and reimage PC's & laptops for the organization. This position will require strong communication & customer service skills, as well as the ability the think through and solve problems.
