HRIS Manager – Direct Hire – Buffalo, NY
One of the top employers in our area is seeking an HRIS Manager to join their organization. This individual will be responsible for owning the day to day of the HR Systems throughout the organization. There are several initiatives slated for this team over the next couple of years including a system consolidation, a roll out of new data analytics and reporting for HRIS, and a new system implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of functional HRIS experience. Any leadership experience would put your resume to the top of the pile. Any experience with reporting or data analytics using tools like POWER BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
