Office Administrator – Direct Hire – Buffalo NY
We are seeking a high quality, professional office administrator for a multi-million-dollar service business. The successful individual will manage all “back-office” functions including bookkeeping, payroll processing, sales, and commissions reporting, sales support, customer interaction, contracts, insurance, vendor management, and social media marketing.

Successful candidate must have strong MS Office skills. MS Excel proficiency is required. Macros, formulas, multi-tab work sheet experience is needed. Bookkeeping experience is highly preferred. QuickBooks skills and accrual-based accounting would be most helpful. Excellent written and verbal communication is necessary. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required. Technical proficiency and an ability to support PCs, Outlook, connectivity issues and other technical issues is preferred. Social media experience and graphics skills are also highly desired.
