Description:
Oversees IT Service Desk Level 1 and ensures that customers receive appropriate assistance; manages all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of Service Desk Level 1 tasks, including monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Service Desk Level 1 functions; contributes to problem resolution by giving in depth assistance to customers when necessary; coordinates efforts between Levels 1 and 2 of the IT Service Desk; assists Level 1 in the processing of calls, maintaining data in ticketing system and assisting the IT Service Desk Leadership with software/hardware purchasing process.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, information technology, computer science or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time customer service, help desk and/or call center experience; or
2. Associate’s degree in business, information systems, information technology, computer science or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time customer service, help desk and/or call center experience.
