Senior ServiceNow Engineer – Direct Hire – Remote, Must Be Located in NY State
Are you a seasoned ServiceNow professional looking for a lead engineer role? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 ServiceNow Engineer to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the organization. In this role, you will empower our Lead ServiceNow Engineer by taking the reins of hands-on tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and leading complex initiatives.
This is a thriving team with a passion for leveraging ServiceNow to streamline processes and drive innovation. With a current team of six professionals, including one Level 3 Engineer, they are dedicated to creating custom applications within ServiceNow and integrating the platform with other systems. This is a chance to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment!
Proven experience in ServiceNow engineering, with a focus on custom application development and integrations is key.
SALARY $110K+ DOE
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strong expertise in App Engine and Application Studio.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow upgrades and the ability to lead successful transitions between versions.
- Previous experience as a Level 3 Engineer or in a similar leadership capacity.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow versions (Tokyo, San Diego, Utah, Vancouver) and their respective features.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share insights effectively.
Play a critical part in developing custom applications and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
