Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's IT service management capabilities.


  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations, including user interface (UI) customization, data imports/exports, notifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications and modules, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications, resolving user issues and system errors in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize the platform's performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the ServiceNow development community.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and performance guidelines.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow UI and workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred but not mandatory.
