Regional Collision Shop Manager – Multiple Locations – Western New York
One of our top clients is seeking an experienced Regional Collision Shop Manager to oversee multiple collision repair locations across Western New York. This highly visible leadership role will support operations at 3 locations in the north towns while partnering closely with store leadership and executive management to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and understands the collision repair industry from both an operational and customer service perspective. The Regional Manager will spend time analyzing key performance metrics, supporting store managers, and stepping into operational leadership roles as needed to ensure locations continue running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Review and monitor store KPIs including profitability, customer satisfaction, lead times, and operational performance
• Coach and support Store Managers to improve efficiency and overall performance
• Assist with vendor and insurance relationships
• Fill in for leadership roles when necessary, including Shop Manager or Parts Manager coverage
• Review sales forecasting, technician efficiency, financial performance, and production schedules
• Ensure repair plans, estimates, and blueprint processes are properly managed
• Audit vehicle quality control processes and customer delivery standards
• Conduct location visits weekly and attend leadership meetings regularly
• Ensure all facilities maintain clean, organized, and safe working environments
• Oversee customer experience processes, production flow, and parts management
• Perform performance reviews and support ongoing employee development
Requirements:
• Prior collision repair industry experience required
• Strong leadership and operational management background
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing daily priorities
• Experience reviewing operational metrics and driving improvements
• Proficiency with CCC1, Microsoft Office, and industry-related systems
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work hands-on within store operations as needed
• Ability to travel between multiple locations weekly
