STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

Systems Personnel has established numerous Strategic Alliance networking groups across Western NY. Strategic Alliance members are peer groups of advisors with similar roles and responsibilities in businesses across WNY.

 

The Alliances are grouped by discipline and responsibility level with each group meeting at least quarterly at different area businesses. These meetings are designed to be the best two-hour learning and networking sessions in the area; allowing members to successfully network, share ideas, and drive best practices around topics they choose. Between meetings, each Strategic Alliance group acts as a “sounding board” where members can reach out to ask for advice, assistance, or have questions answered by peers.

Membership is completely free.

Networking is a key necessity in business today. Our Strategic Alliance meetings will allow you to meet and interact with other top professionals in your field. To join, simply fill out the request for membership on this page and click “join now.” You will then receive an email invitation from Systems Personnel; merely accept the invitation to become an official member! There is no cost to you to join.

Meeting locations rotate to various local businesses who volunteer to host. This allows members to get a deeper familiarity with other member’s businesses. New topics are covered each session and are suggested and voted upon by members prior to each meeting. Format for these meetings typically starts with 15-30 minutes of networking, a brief presentation or discussion facilitation, followed by roundtable discussion around each topic. We also encourage members to share challenges they are facing to seek advice from other experts in their field.
